Jamie and Jeff Seeburger live just 8 minutes from their café—now that’s local! Their passion for community and giving back is what inspired them to bring PJ’s Coffee to Lake St. Louis. They saw a need for a warm, welcoming place where neighbors could gather, connect, and enjoy great coffee. Their children attend local schools and are active in area sports, keeping the Seeburgers deeply rooted in the community they love.
